HOW DO I ORDER?
Online is the simplest and easiest of ways with secure online payments operated via Paypal OR by calling us on 01732 463409 between 9am-6pm and ordering over the 'phone.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa Debit and Delta cards OR you can pay with your Paypal account. ALL payments are handled by Paypal Secure Payment. Alternatively call us between 9am-6pm on 01732 463409 and we can take payment over the 'phone.
IS DELIVERY FREE?
All orders over £50 are FREE to addresses in mainland UK. We reserve the right to add additional delivery costs to Highland and Island postcodes if necessary but will always communicate this to you and agree payment before proceeding.
CAN WE DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
This will depend on the product required and the country requested? We would suggest you email us on email@example.com with as much detail as possible on the product required / quantity / full address and contact details and we will come back to you ASAP with confirmation and a delivery quote.
CAN I GET A PRODUCT SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Absolutely, the delivery and billing address does not need to be the same, although we reserve the right to request additional ID or proof for high value items if being sent to a different address.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This will somewhat depend on the product ordered as we have a very wide range of products and suppliers. Estimated delivery time per product is shown on each product page and if there are any significant delays or issues we will always contact you.
Likewise though if you urgently need an item earlier than the normal delivery timescale please call or email us as our suppliers are a lovely bunch and we will ALWAYS try our best to make it happen...if possible!
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We hope you do not ever need or want to! BUT if you do, it is no problem. Please call or email us and we will tell you how best to return the item yourself, by Royal Mail (depending what it is) or we can arrange collection by a courier or ourselves.
Please note that if an item is returned only because it is a change of mind or not wanted, the item must be returned at your cost and received in a fully re-saleable/undamaged condition (using a tracked delivery method for your protection). We will refund your purchase once we have received the goods back to us and checked their condition.
With larger items, such as furniture, please feel free to contact us so that we can discuss and assist on the return of any items as hopefully we can provide the most cost effective method available.
