We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £50 made with us at Ingarden Ltd and delivered to the majority of UK mainland addresses.

Unfortunately due to the costs involved in delivering certain products to some remote postcodes, highlands and islands etc, we do reserve the right to request additional delivery charges if needed. We will always endeavour to help with any additonal costs where possible.

We will deliver to a different address than the billing address in the majority of orders. However with high value items we reserve the right to refuse to deliver to a seconday address or to request additional proof of ID and residence.

We have a wide variety of suppliers and different products, with the need for a variety of delivery methods : Royal Mail, Courier Services, Pallet deliveries or Van and Lorry deliveries. We will always endeavour to communicate the delivery method and time frame of your order and in the case of pallet or lorry deliveries, we will always confirm a convenient delivery date (and sometimes time) with you in advance.

We can sell some of out products to overseas addresses but it varies greatly depending on the type of product, size, weight etc. Smaller items can generally be posted or couriered. For larger, heavier items it is often easier for us to deliver to a UK freight forwarder who can then manage the process from there.
