DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we quote on an order-by-order basis rather than a flat % discount so we can offer you the best deals. Obviously the higher the order value, the greater the trade discount. Please be aware that we are a retail company and not a manufacturer, so our margins are not large to begin with!

Our product range is constantly changing and we have a wide variety of margins within our product and supplier range so we don't provide trade price lists. Call us on 01732 463409 to see how we can help your business.

Yes, if you can source an item we sell for a genuinely cheaper price, please contact us with full details and we will match the price. (Full price match T & Cs apply).

CAN YOU HELP SOURCE GARDEN PRODUCTS?

Absolutely, we have 15+ years of experience and knowledge of the UK and European garden products industry. Some of the products we source for trade customers are luxury garden furniture and sun loungers, high quality gazebos and our UK exclusive outdoor taps and showers.

NEED A DELIVERY QUICKLY?

Of course you do! We will always try our absolute best to meet any deadlines (of which we know there are many). We cannot necessarily work miracles but we certainly will do our best to assist you.

CAN YOU SEND ME SAMPLES?

In many cases, yes. If our suppliers have samples of woods, metals, fabrics, fibreglass etc we can get them sent out direct to you to speed up the process. Please call or email us with specific requests.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We always work on a PRO-FORMA basis and with large value orders we will often request a BACS payment. But on other sales, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Debit cards and Paypal.

If offering a trade discount we can send you a pro forma invoice via email or via Paypal.
